Rp 5 Fruits, Liquids And Fire

Tsuki was in the market place, selling some fish he had just caught and a fresh deer he had just shot. The girl who normally sold his things was sick and asked for a day off. Of course he wasn’t going to make her come sell his stuff. So, he worked at the market… selling his fresh items and talking amongst the humans. He sold out fairly quickly. His booth seemed to be popular… who knew humans would want food from an elf! He put the tarps over the stand and headed out, slinging his bag over his shoulder. He headed off into the woods, but stopping at a stand to grab something to munch on. He bought one of those green things… A pear as the humans called them. He had never tried one… elves didn’t grow them.

Soon he headed into the woods to train a bit, working on his target practice. He ate the pear, enjoying its odd flavor. Really odd flavor… why was it so bitter? He looked down at the pear… his ears lowered. There were little pockets filled with liquid… looking like a syrup of some sort. He tossed it, making it hit house close to the forest edge. What was the liquid inside it? Whatever it was, it instantly made his internal flame flicker and began to die out. He coughed, falling to the ground. He looked around, seeing how close he was to his apartment. He was close… he tried to go up the stairs and reach his apartment. He barely made it to the stairs before coughing violently. His insides burned… feeling like they were being torn apart. His vision blurred; but not before noticing someone with a hood looking at him… watching. He saw a grin on the figure before his vision went black for a moment. When he refocused, the figure was gone. Soon, the world span and he hit the ground. What was in that small little fruit?
